About the company: Besenflitzer GmbH, a renowned German cleaning company, is looking for dynamic and dedicated employees to join its teams. We specialize in comprehensive cleaning of apartments, hotels, and other properties on picturesque islands and the North Sea coast. Your duties: Comprehensive cleaning and preparation of apartments, residences, as well as restaurants, stations, toilets, swimming pools, and other facilities according to the highest standards, Maintaining the company's image – your professionalism and diligence will be our hallmark. Who are we looking for? Hard-working, enthusiastic, and adventurous cleaners with some experience in the sector. Couples are welcomed. Requirements: EU Passport (mandatory), Communicative English at least B1, Physical fitness and readiness to work for a minimum of 6 months, Ability to ride a bicycle – the bicycle is the main means of transport (a driving license is not required). What we offer: A German employment contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension, Always timely payment, An hourly rate of €13.50 gross (increases upon contract renewal), Additional pay for work on Sundays and holidays (+75%), An average number of 160 hours monthly (possible +/-25% during peak/low season) Accommodation in comfortable and fully equipped double rooms for €250 per month.
